Today, after several previous indecisive votes, the board of zoning appeals division III voted to uphold the issuance of the developer’s permits. While we are disappointed with the outcome, this is definitely not the end of the fight to protect our neighborhood. We are currently exploring our options to appeal the Improvement Location Permit and it is very likely that we will be asking for judicial review in the coming days.

We can’t express how grateful we are to each of you for your support and for all of those who were in attendance today. This issue has united and engaged our community in so many ways and we will be better for it. We fight on.
