November 10: Public Hearing

The public hearing has been moved to Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 1pm (at the request of the developer). Please come and show your opposition – we need your support! The Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals Division II will hear two of our appeals on the Improvement Location Permit and the Flood Permit that were issued for the proposed gas station at 86th & Lafayette Road. The board has the authority to revoke the issued permits and stop the proposed gas station (as they have in the past!).  Here are the details on the hearing:

Where: Public Assembly Room, 2nd Floor of the City-County Building, 200 E. Washington St.

11/2 Update: The pipeline company is the one who has been removing trees from the gas station property and farther west along 86th street.
