Today, we presented our case in front of the Board of Zoning Appeals. The vote was 2-1 in our favor. However, 3 votes are needed in order for any action of the board to be official. The appeal has been automatically continued to December 8, 2015 at 1pm at the same location. There were only 3 of the 5 board members present and we hope that the remaining members will be available for the December 8 hearing and we can officially get the permits revoked.

We know that so many wanted to speak, however we were only given 15 minutes (and it went very fast!).

We are SO grateful for everyone that took time our of their busy day to support us (around 80 people!!) – Including City Councilors Leroy Robinson & Jose Evans.
